Constantia Consulting is headed up by its director Dr. Neil Gilbert, who has 30 years of experience in environmental management and 10 years in implementing Health & Safety solutions. Neil has worked in policy and management roles for central government in both the UK and New Zealand and has spent many years developing and implementing environmental and health and safety systems in Antarctica.
